We find in-depth evaluations are critical at times of major change, such as re-organisation, mergers and management buy-outs. Where external capital is involved these evaluations optimise the chances of a successful investment.
Our executive report will summarise job-related strengths, development needs and limitations, provide a commentary, and benchmark against the market place and long term potential. The precise form of the report will be tailored to suit the client's needs.
An affirmative feedback session provides the opportunity to consider the report and provide the basis for advancement.
We will interview your talented individuals with an emerging capacity to move into critical managerial roles, and evaluate how well they match your organisation's demands. For those recognised managers at a more advanced stage in the leadership pipeline, we will assess their potential for executive and top management posts.
We will also use our Management Assessment and Development process to evaluate recruitment candidates, as well as for promotion and development.
The individual will complete a series of internet based questionnaires and will be interviewed in-depth. The psychometric results will inform the interview rather than lead our insights or shape our conclusions.
The interview itself will review career and be structured to examine the capabilities required for superior performance in vitally important management positions and/or those necessary in strategic, visionary and transformational top level, entrepreneurial and ambassadorial leadership posts.
Given the fact of widespread, even global, dispersion of those interviewed we will, as necessary, conduct the interviews by telephone, video-conferencing or Skype links.
We will produce a report examining the match with the competencies required for progression, development needs and limitations, comparative position in the market place, and likely long term potential.
For development, we will prepare an optimal report to engage the individual, suggest self-development actions and relevant actions or moves to realise ultimate potential.
